For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires the term 'sharma packers and movers' or 'us' or 'we' or the ‘Company’ refers to the owner of the Site, Sharma Packers and Movers. The term “User” or “you” refers to the user or viewer of the Site, individuals who call our phone number or the individuals who downloads, uses or views our mobile phone application (“App”)..

We are not responsible to undertake electrical, carpentry or plumbing work. If needed we will provide those depending upon the availablity of the staff with extra charges

If you want to take extra goods apart from those mentioned in the goods list you are welcome. However, we charge extra money for such items.

After local shifting corrugated box should be return back on the same day. If the customer is sending the boxes next day, we charge a certain amount.

On the day of movement the crew will not be cleaning the house, or do dusting on the furniture or any other items. For any of these requirement you can book another job or can schedule a call back from our customer support.

Re-arrangement of major household items will be done, personal belongings will not be re-arranged.

Rope system will be extra if lift is working condition, and if the valuable item is not fitting in stairs.
